Our Founder and Principal bring professional experiences over the last 20 years have provided us the opportunity to obtain an in-depth understanding of the financial needs of companies in a variety of industries and stages of their business life cycle. Lisa’s career began at a local public accounting firm in Bel Air, where she mastered understanding the driving factors of local businesses. She continued her public accounting career at a large regional firm where she had the opportunity to work with larger business clients and high net-worth individuals.
Lisa worked in lead financial positions for non-profit and for-profit entities. She has a strong command for managing employees, communicating with all levels of an organization and improving processes and profitability.
Lisa has a proven track record of developing and implementing financial reporting systems, building and growing teams, and creating and executing a complete cultural and financial turn-around strategy.
